I am having software/browser issues

Typically, issues with your Sprintax account are caused by something in your browser or computer interfering with normal network interactions. To resolve these issues, try the following steps:

  • Log in through a different browser.

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies: A cookie is a small file stored on your computer when you visit a website, containing information about your previous interactions. Sometimes, cookies can cause problems loading certain websites, especially if the site has recently been updated. Similarly, the cache stores parts of websites you've loaded, but can cause issues if a website’s layout has changed.

    Note: Clearing your cache and cookies may remove saved information on websites, such as usernames and passwords that autofill on subsequent visits.

  • Perform a “hard refresh” in your browser (Windows: Ctrl+Shift+R / Mac: Command+Shift+R).
