In case you're eligible to e-file your Federal tax return you would need to have MFA enabled in your Sprintax account.
First you'd need to select the type of authentication you'd like to proceed further. For example, you chose to verify yourself through your 2FA app on your phone device:
You'd have to access your 2FA app and enter the code you see:
Once you have successfully entered your code, you will be successfully verified and the below would appear:
And after you have successfully authenticated yourself, Sprintax will confirm that you have e-filed your Federal tax return and this text will pop up:
