If you're trying to log-in to your Sprintax account or filling out your application and you suddenly get blocked, there could be a couple of reasons for that:
1. You have unsuccessfully attempted 5 times to log-in to your Sprintax account.
For security purposes, the website will trigger an automatic block following five unsuccessful log-in attempts. This may happen due to unsuccessful CAPTCHA verification, a weak network connection or similar factors. Consequently, your access to the website will be temporarily suspended for one hour. Following this duration, you should regain access to your account. Please try logging-in again after an hour, at which point you should be able to proceed as usual. Alternatively, you can try using a different network.
2. You are experiencing other blocks by the CloudFlare Network due to suspicious browser activity.
Unfortunately, this is something that we do not have any control over as it depends on your browser. If you have been blocked by your network due to suspicious browser activity, we'd recommend you to allow one hour and then try again. If the issue persists, you can consider switching to a different browser or a network.
