How can I access the recording of a webinar?

If you have signed up for a webinar, the recording will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the session. 

Please check the email address you used to register for or attend the webinar.The automated email may get blocked by your email provider.

If you haven't received the email, please:

  1. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for the email containing the recording link;

  2. Search your inbox for the webinar title or the sender name;

  3. Make sure to add the sender to your contact list;

  4. Confirm that you are checking the correct email account used to register for the webinar.
