As per the IRS regulations, nonresidents for US tax purposes should not report foreign income on their US income tax return.
However please note that each State has their own regulations and some states may ask you for foreign income earned during the tax year you're preparing your returns for. In general you will not be taxed for your foreign income on your State income tax return, however some State tax offices require to know this information or it may be involved in the calculations in another way.
