I have a scholarship but no document (I only have a scholarship letter)

If your scholarship has been allocated to pay off tuition fees or is a tuition waiver, you should not report it. Payments going toward one's tuition fees are nonreportable and nontaxable for nonresidents.

In case you have any doubts though, you can contact your university and confirm with them whether the scholarship you have is taxable or not.
