The Visa type on sub-step Visa Details is related to the last visa you held for the tax year that you are filing for. Please keep in mind that any visa change that happened after December 31 of the tax year you're filing for is not considered. The Visa type is taken from the previous sub-step "Residency Status".
It is important to enter the correct visa type on Step 1 Residency - Residency status (from your visa supporting document DS-2019/I-20 or your passport) in order to have the next questions populated correctly.
