This question asks if you have ever held a Green card in your life.
If you have ever held a Green card, Sprintax will ask you the following question as well:
"Have you been a lawful permanent resident of US or hold a valid Green card at the last day of 202*?"
Please have in mind that having an active Green card during the tax year you're filing for, means you will be deemed as a resident for tax purposes as per the Green card test set up by the IRS. However if you have abandoned your Green card before that or was approved after the end of the tax year, you can still be deemed as a nonresident for tax purposes and proceed with Sprintax.
